Become a Volunteer!

The Warriors are always looking for more volunteers. You can join the Board of Directors to help with the management of the team or join our game day volunteers!

Positions available for game day volunteers are Security, Door Management, Bartenders, Anthem Singer, Score Clock and Announcer, DJ, and 50/50 ticket sales.


Security – Responsible for making sure no one enters or exits through the non-approved doors, makes sure no liquor enters the no liquor section and ensures no one takes liquor outside of the area at any time.


Door Management – Responsible for selling game tickets at the front door, collecting game tickets at the front door, stamping hands, recording the number of entries, and returning unsold tickets and cash to the bar after the game.


Bartenders – Responsible for liquor sales, collection of cash, sale of t-shirts, and responsible consumption of alcohol. All bartenders must have Serving It Right (SIR). If you wish to become a bartender for the Warriors and do not have Serving It Right (SIR), the Warriors will reimburse you for the cost of the certificate ($35) if you provide us with the receipt. You must be over the age of 19 to volunteer as a bartender.


Anthem Singer – Responsible for the singing of the Canadian National Anthem at the beginning of the game.


Score Clock and Announcer – Responsible for the operation of the score clock and announcement of our sponsors, goals, penalties, and anything else necessary.


DJ – Responsible for playing music for warmups and throughout the game. Volunteer must have their own computer and music.


50/50 Ticket Sales – Responsible for the sale of 50/50 tickets in the arena.
